Remote Hands & Eyes
The data11 supports you with work directly in your rented rack. This includes, for example, restarting components, simple hardware installations, replacing devices or cabling.
Cable connections between customer racks can also be installed by our staff. This gives you on-site support without having to visit the data center every time.
data11 Customer Center
Through the data11 Customer Center, customers can manage access permissions paperlessly and independently. Users can be added, deleted or modified.
The annual review of access permissions for the data center is also handled paperlessly through the data11 Customer Center.
